Right location to where we wanted to be. All easy instructions and worked brilliantly for us to park in a large city so we could enjoy the whole experience

It was very convenient to the venue we were attending and a reasonable price. However, as l’m not very tall l found the keypad to input the code to raise the entrance barrier very high to reach and impossible unless you got out of your vehicle. Unfortunately, as it had been raining for most of the day large areas of the carpark were flooded.

The code we were given didn't work and we were almost late for our appointment, car behind us used the app to get in so the barrier opened and we were able to get in, the same for getting out had to tailgate the car in front as the code didn't work again
