When we tried to open the barrier using the app, nothing happened. After several attempts and after also trying the manual button which was badly signposted, I rung the helpline. They gave us a code to punch into the buttons. These buttons were also difficult to see and impossible to use from the car and not signposted. Eventually the gate lifted. Very stressful! A good central location. The app worked OK on the way out.
