Excellent car park with good-sized spaces ideally located for the Philharmonic hall. Getting into the car park isn't necessarily straightforward; I tried to use the 'Open barrier' button in the app and although I was at the barrier, the app said I wasn't close enough to the parking location to use it. Fortunately I had taken a screen-shot of the entry code from my confirmation e-mail and that worked. I subsequently watched numerous other parking customers experience difficulties from the restaurant opposite the entrance.

I arrived a few minutes early for my booking at Blackburn House Car Park and I was worried I would not get in but there was no problem at all. I found a space and was at my destination, Philharmonic Hall, within 5 minutes of arrival. I would highly recommend this car park when visiting the "Phil"
