My ticket did not scan on exit so I paid out of pocket

The bar code did not work The text reminders had incorrect times and dates and were confusing I had to call a live person to get in to the lot and I had to see a live person to get out So the experience was annoying Had I not dealt with JustPark I don’t know if it would have been better or not. It is a great idea because the available slots were limited. They need to get their act together and direct customers to a prechosen slot to avoid time wasting driving around in the big building.

Worked perfectly

I was hesitant because of all the negative reviews, but the QR code worked going in and then going out the reader wasn’t working but I just pressed a button for assistance and they helped me.

My license plate wasn’t read and I was forced to dig through a weeks worth of emails to Find the original message with the QR code (at 12:30am). Perhaps a second message for leaving might be helpful.

First time user. Paid for covered parking when I got there no covered parking available. Had to park on the sun. Then when I got back from my trip, I could not find the code to scan to leave the parking garage. Was not in my app. Had to have the parking attendant find my my name somewhere on their computer to prove that I had paid. Won’t use this again for the airport overnight parking.

Made my parking experience super convenient

It was good until we had to scan the code to leave. The scanner is made for tickets not phones. It wouldn’t read the QR code so we held up the line.

Fast and easy, no stress about knowing IF we could get a spot.

It's great to be able to reserve a spot so you are not surprised when you get to the airport.
