You won’t have a reserved spot, so just park in the first open space you find. Parking is on Level 2 (covered) and Level 3 (roof, not covered).

Important: Don’t take a ticket. Use your QR code to get in and out.
Hold your phone face-up and slowly move the QR code under the scanner. When you hear a beep, take your phone away and wait for the gate to open.

If spaces are unavailable, check real-time parking on renoairport.com for drive-up availability.

The garage has a height limit of 8 feet 2 inches.

Everything worked except the code reader at the airport entrance. My iPhone is a lot bigger than the code reader.

Scanners did not work on entry - took nearly a dozen repositions and help from a staffer to get it to work. Also more expensive than normal parking once you tax on credit card fees

Our QR code did not work at the entry gate so we hit the call button and were immediately able to speak with a very helpful representative. He got us into the garage, sent us a ticket through the machine and gave us very clear instructions on how to exit before ending the call. Everything went exactly as he explained, which was very helpful because we returned late at night.

My QR code wouldn't scan when I entered the parking garage and the attendant was extremely helpful as was the attendant when I exited the garage

The service is really quite good but I had trouble checking and it would not pick up the code off my phone. I eventually had to go to the main desk and then circle it back around and I got on the intercom and he let me in so not sure why that was otherwise good job.

Too hard to get my phone in the little place to scan the QR code. Then we got a ticket... It was a mess to get out of the parking lot, but the attendant was very helpful. I will never use this system again, I also received an email regarding my upcoming parking for May 15, 2025. Well, that ship has sailed.
