This system seems to be useless to us end users. It seems to me that this new nuisance has only been added to afford the airport extra money via cancellations, no refunds, and pre-payments. I travel 3-4 days per week and there never seemed to be a parking issue, if the lot was full we went to the other lots. This is terrible.

The reservation was easy to make. Since I've always just taken a ticket upon entering the garage and used the ticket to pay upon leaving, I wasn't sure how to use this QR code. Things worked out, but there could have been more instruction in your email on using this QR code.

Much more work than just showing up without a reservation. Confusing process. QR code in e-mail is not right. Told I should download the app. Yes, another app. We are older and need in-close parking. Rates are now higher. No additional services for increased rates. Not impressed by Airport Authority bringing in a 3rd party to not add any value to our airport.

need instructions on exiting garage (any lane, scan barcode) and if additional days incurred. position of scanner very awkward...was afraid i would drop my phone.

Confusion on how to enter and exit I had to pay fees twice Because barcode was not accepted and no attendant for help and I did not want to hold up other vehicles trying to exit lot. How do I request a refund for duplicate charges Date 4/19 thru 4/21

The gate didn’t open when we scanned the QR code so we had to take a ticket. When we returned to pick up the car we had to show the paperwork/code and a driver’s license to prevent being charged again. We are not sure we would use the reservation system again.
