Hold your phone face-up and slowly move the QR code under the scanner. When you hear a beep, take your phone away and wait for the gate to open.

The QR code did not work when exiting and required the help of staff. Also, the QR code reader is too close to the NFC reader for iPhones — Apple Pay pops up on the screen and QR code disappears making it hard to scan the code.

Plans changed so I had to cancel the reservation. JustPark canceled the reservation and promptly refunded my credit card. This was just one thing I didn't have to worry about when difficult times came around. I will use JustPark again next time I need a spot at the airport.

We prepaid $22.00 on line for parking, but when our son went and picked up the car, he was charged another $22.00. Please refund our $22.00 on our credit card as soon as possible.
