The scan your code on the machine is positioned incorrectly. We tried 3 attempts and finally had to ring for service. The lady told us to take a ticket instead. Because it didn’t work correctly traffic was backed up behind us. When your on a time schedule this set up failed. The lady tried to have me back up my vehicle 3 times to reset the machine, pissing off the people behind me. The barcode system is a failure

The concept of pre-booking parking at Reno airport is great. But, your system has glitches. I booked twice for a particular time of drop off and pick up. I printed out the QR codes to make scanning more effective. Unfortunately your reminder that came via email was for a different time than I booked. You really need to fix this.

Flight was canceled and I took my vehicle home and I had paid for 4 days parking and since I took the vehicle out of the parking lot when I came back the next day m y reservation was not honored and I lost all 4 days parking fees.

My QR code didn't work when I tried to enter, but staff responded with a printed ticket and it worked fine when I left the lit a few days later. It took a bit and a few cars were backed up behind me.
