Spaces are small not very suitable for large vehicles

Good & easy to find. spots are tight to get into if not on the end.

This is a FANTASTIC service. I had not used it before but I WILL be using it again. Everything was EXACTLY as promised. Very efficient. Highly recommended.

It was good outside parking spice, very nice stuff in reception, easier to find using the name of the hotel rather than postcode. I would park there again, 5 min from tube stations.

No space

Everything was fine with the parking. I chose the uncovered as the weather was good. The parking area was a bit small and had some clutter to avoid. Upon exiting the space I had a short delay as the barrier did not raise automatically. I had to phone the number on the wall and it took a little while before the call was answered. Once answered they remotely lifted the barrier straight away. All in all, not bad.

Everything went well. Easy booking/extension process. Wide parking space, perfect location. I parked easily because the very first bay was available but not sure if it would’ve been the same in a middle one, especially doing reverse/parallel parking. I guess it’s like anywhere, you need a bit of luck!

When I arrived there was only one middle space left. It was just slightly longer than the car length. So the only way to get in was parallel parking that would be difficult even on a normal road into so tight a space. But there there was also a row of cars parked to the right severely limiting the angle at which I could reverse in during parallel parking without hitting cars to the right. Was late for my appointment as spent about 20 minutes parking.
