Cornwall Council had multiple payment providers before getting in touch with us. They were looking for an innovative change to their cashless solution to help streamline their parking and make the experience more seamless for drivers and their staff.

The solution

After joining forces as their cashless payment provider, we implemented a range of solutions across all their off-street car parks. We created a business account for council staff members and set up season, rover and multi-use tickets for the general public.

We’ve also looked at options to launch a digital high street payment service, as well as resident visitor and carer bookings.

The results

Since the launch, Cornwall Council had a significant uptake in cashless payments for parking.
