This plot of land, big enough for 16 cars, was in the heart of Farringdon. While the developer was waiting for planning permission, he realised this vacant space could be a valuable revenue generator and give Farringdon workers a place to park.
We paid a fixed rate to the developer with a short break clause in the contract, making sure he could start the building work as soon as he got planning permission. We turned the space into a fully managed car park. This included professionally cleaning the site and covering a manhole, so it was safe for the public. Drivers could drive up or pre-book this space by using our app.
