Legal & General owns this newly refurbished office building in Birmingham. With only two floors occupied at the time, they had a low demand for tenant parking and most of their 49 spaces stayed empty.
We started by installing a GSM pin pad to improve security and only allow verified drivers who have booked online to enter the site. Initially, Lewis Building added 35 spaces to our platform, but reduced this to 17 at a later stage because the parking requirements of their tenants changed.
With our pre-book solution, JustPark drivers can park in allocated bays and use their unique code to enter and exit via the security barrier – meaning no additional admin for building staff.
