Cushman & Wakefield manages this office building in Bank. Despite letting 80% of the building, tenants only used 20% of the parking spaces. Plus, building managers spent a lot of unnecessary time on arranging parking for contractors and visitors.
After consulting with them, we introduced a digital booking system for all car park users. So tenants, visitors and JustPark drivers can book parking, using our app or website. We also installed a GSM pin pad for secure access to the site. This works alongside their existing intercom systems.
