£50 voucher terms and conditions
1. To be eligible for a £50 voucher, you must list your EV charger and space on JustPark - you can do this via the website or the app
2. The listing must be brand new, and cannot be a previous or deactivated listing
3. The listing must be made between 23rd June 2022 and 23rd September 2022
4. The listing must be live for a minimum of 3 months to receive the voucher, and the EV charger and space must be available for a minimum of 3 days a week at a reasonable fee
5. After 3 months, the voucher will be emailed to you within 14 working days, to the email address registered on your JustPark account
6. The voucher will be a £50 Amazon voucher
7. Employees of JustPark are not eligible
8. JustPark reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time
50% discount terms and conditions
1. To receive a 50% discount off an EV charging booking (parking and charging) you must make payment with a Visa card
2. The 50% discount will apply to parking and charging costs
3. The booking must be made between 23rd June 2022 and 23rd September 2022 to apply
4. JustPark reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time
Rate My Driveway prize draw terms and conditions
These terms and conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Participants of the promotion agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
1. This prize draw is open to residents in the UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man who are aged at least 25 years who meet the terms and conditions to qualify.
2. Employees of JustPark, Visa and elmo are not eligible to enter.
3. Only one entry per person
4. To enter the prize draw, complete the form on https://go.justpark.com/rate-my-driveway-comp and upload a photo of your driveway. By submitting your photo, you agree it may be used by JustPark for marketing purposes.
5. The promotional period runs from 23rd June 2022 to 23rd September 2022.
6. The prize is a 6 month EV subscription with elmo for one (1), for an Audi e-tron 55, or another car equating to the same value or less. The winner(s) will be provided with instructions on how to redeem their prize.
7. Ten runner up prizes of £200 off their first months’ subscription with elmo
8. The Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available. However, if elmo considers it appropriate, or if it becomes necessary for reasons beyond elmo’s control (e.g. where a Prize becomes unavailable for any reason), a Prize may be varied or swapped for a suitable alternative in elmo’s discretion.
9. Any photos or comments deemed to be inappropriate may be disqualified.
10. The winner will be contacted via their email address provided in their submission. Should the Promoter be unable to contact the winner within 14 working days or should the winner be unable to accept the prize, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to an alternative winner, drawn in accordance with these terms and conditions.
11. The winner may be required to participate in publicity, and will be announced on JustPark and elmo social media channels
12. Entrants are responsible for all costs involved to themselves for entering the competition.
13. JustPark reserves the right to withdraw this competition at any time
Prize conditions with elmo
A condition of the prize is that the winner must meet the elmo subscription eligibility requirements:
a. You are at least 25 years of age (or at least 30 for vehicles in ABI Group 31 and above including Tesla. If 1st prize winner is aged between 25-30 years of age, winner can choose either car featured in the 2nd prize.)
b. You meet the driving licence conditions set out below.
c. You live in in the UK.
d. You have registered for an account on our website (Elmo Account).
e. You have passed our identity and credit checks (including having no active CCJs (County Court Judgments)) and have been approved by the elmo team; and
f. You have entered into a Vehicle Hire Contract with us.
Driving licence conditions
a. You have held a full, valid, UK/EU driving licence in the driving category permitting you to drive the Vehicle.
b. You have held a full UK/EU driving licence for at least 3 years (5 years for vehicles in ABI Group 31 and above) prior to the start of the Subscription Agreement
c. You have been a resident in the UK for the last 2 years
d. Your address as stated on your elmo account is your primary address and will be the primary address where the vehicle will be kept for the duration of your subscription.
e. You have not been involved in more than 1 at-fault insurance claim within the last 3 years.
f. You have not been disqualified from driving within the last 3 years.
g. There are no endorsements on your driving licence that, in our sole opinion, make you unsuitable to use, or continue to use our Subscription Services. These may include, but are not limited to: motoring convictions for dangerous driving, drink driving, drug driving, or failure to report an accident; and motoring offences that result in a disqualification from driving.
h. You have no criminal convictions and have not been charged with a criminal offence but not yet been tried.
i. You have not had any insurance declined, and/or renewal refused and/or insurance cover cancelled by any motor insurer.
j. You are not engaged in the following occupations:
i. professional sportsmen or sportswoman; or
ii. the entertainment or theatrical professions; or
iii. racing or gambling.
Claiming prizes
a. 1st place prize winner must claim their prize within fourteen (14) days of the date of JustPark’s initial win notification and prove their eligibility by providing the information that will be requested.
b. Runners up prize winners must claim their £200 voucher within 3 months of the date of JustPark’s initial win notification and prove their eligibility by providing the information that will be requested. Winners will be provided with a unique PROMO code to use when placing their booking online. Failure to respond with the required information within the above timeframe may result in a Prize being forfeited and the selection of an alternative winner. Alternative winners will be selected and notified as set out above and must claim their Prizes within fourteen (14) days of the date of the notification. Acceptance of elmo’s subscription agreement and any other contracts will be required to take up the Prize.
Prize delivery
a. 1st Place prize delivery: elmo and the prize winner will agree when their subscription starts and finish.
b. Runners up prize delivery: runners up can book their chosen car for delivery at a time of their choosing (subject to availability on elmo)
