I have 4 cars spaces available but only three are available for parking.
Me and my wife works from home therefore we stay at home most of the time day and time.
2 big cars and 2 medium cars can fit in easily.
Good reasons to park here:
1. Just 7 minutes drive to airport. You can easily park the car at my place and go to airport. This is useful when you are going out of city/country for days and want your car at safe place for cheaper parking fee. This can be even useful if you are picking someone or dropping someone to Manchester Aiport.
2. £7-8 bolt/uber available from my location to airport. You can park at my place and go to airport to save hefty amount of airport car parks and fees.
Other good points:
1. Secure and Safest car parking with Ring door bell active 24/7 to make the cars safe and sound.
2. No trees nearby so no danger of tree falling.
3. Cheapest car parking.
Note 1: The airport transfer is also available in my personal SUV car upon request. The price can be decided.

I had a great experience to park on this driveway near the airport. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful. When I arrived, he came out to greet me and even assisted me in parking my car, ensuring everything was smooth and hassle-free.
The location was perfect—close to the airport, which made it very convenient for my trip. An added bonus was the ability to charge my car while it was parked, saving me time and effort.
The driveway felt secure, and the whole setup gave me peace of mind knowing my car was in safe hands. On top of that, it was very affordable compared to other options in the area.
I highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a budget-friendly, safe, and well-maintained place to park near the airport. I’ll definitely book here again!

Tight space which we couldn't even get into properly. When informing the property owner they just repeated that they managed to get their vehicle in so we can but that would mean scraping one side against all the bushes.
Probably good if you have an EV as they have a charger and bigger space allocated. 6 mins from the airport so very accessible and safe area

Easy to find, a quiet safe neighborhood and plenty of space on the drive. Only a couple of minutes off the motorway and only a few minutes in an Uber to the airport, so it was super convenient and much cheaper (and quicker!) than airport parking. Would have felt reassured to have guidance on where to park on the drive to ensure I wasn't blocking the owner in (eg "in front of the garage"). Would recommend and use again!

I had a fantastic experience. The parking space was not only generously sized, making it easy to park, but also felt very secure, with a Ring doorbell camera providing extra security. The location was ideal, situated just minutes away from the airport, which made my travel plans much more convenient.
