Terrible. The directions to find the parking space did not find the parking space. I had to park elsewhere and pay again. We missed our train and were late for a family occasion. I am still suffering from a stress headache a day later and have had to cancel this mornings appointments - I have emailed you full details but I have only received an auto reply. No one has been touch so far.
Follow up: JustPark did get in touch soon after I wrote the above and resolved the issue without quibbles by refunding my payment and a money off next time offer. I don’t think I will be taking up that offer though because I have completely lost confidence in the product and the communications aspect of the product offer.

The price was good, the site was close to the railway station where I had a train to catch. Booking it online was straight-forward and the map showing the site was helpful. It would have been even more helpful if you had mentioned that it was on the right hand side of the road, which was a one-way street. I missed it on my first attempt and had to go round a one-way system before trying again - successfully this time.

couldn,t find my space ,so why 5 star ??? they refunded me ,whats the odds first time using just park and the company closed down so no parking space
