Fine. Just with the weather and ice it was hard to get in and out. And couldn't see the lines of the spaces properly so a couple of other cars just parked where ever.

The machine wasn't working. By the time I managed to pay on the app which I was advised to pay up until the time I was leaving I had been fined. Avoiding this car park in future

I’m from Sheffield and was worried about finding a place to park.., no need to have worried, spaces available , clean and the easiest payment scheme I’ve come across. On my phone, a few taps and sorted… the biggest plus for me though, not robbing you with the charges, £2.80 for two hours, bargain

In general (saying that as a regular client) I can manage with the very tight spaces in this car park but it was very busy in that day and I was charged £100 (or £60 if paid in 14 days) for overstaying 12 mins extra after 2 paid hours. I have never been paid back for leaving early on other occasions and my parking space has been resold to another customer on my paid time. There seems to be no understanding from Napier Parking regardless of circumstances

Will never park here again, despite using it since it's been open and giving you my money, get it of some other person you've had enough of mine and won't be getting anymore, I will go back to parking in the Alhambra which charges on departure for what you have used and not running late and give you a ticket just charges you a little more.

Wasn't able to extend my time on the app as I had no network where I was! When I moved to find a network the app wouldn't let me extend said timed out or something similar this better not mean I will get a charge! App needs amending !!!
