Park in any pay to park bay. If you are a Blue Badge holder who pays for parking you may use a disabled bay, if these are already in use you may park in any other pay & display bay.
Please do not park in reserved bays for permit holders, as you will be subject to a penalty charge notice.
If you have a valid permit, please only use the location code for Permit Holders, as you will otherwise be subject to a penalty charge notice.

The app failed to identify the location and I have received a fine as I was unable to pay early enough.

The app didn’t recognise the location, I kept getting error message and had to phone on the end. And the same code worked then.

Finding visitor parking is too difficult to find the place to park. I wasted 40 mins to find parking. Due to which I paid for extra parking time slot.
Booking via app is really easy but also start by manual payment at machine which will help to save 10 p. Else remove 10 p booking charges via app.
Directions for visitor parking is the most priority which you should be looking at.
