The space is available on our illuminated gravelled drive. This is sheltered from the road and within 1 minute walk of New Beckenham station with its trains to london waterloo (20minutes) and london bridge (20 minutes) or out into Kent. Beckenham junction station (10 mins) is also close by(trains to Victoria 20 minutes) You can also catch the Croydon Tramlink from Beckenham Road station which connects to East Croydon and from there to Gatwick.
When you drive into the front garden, there are four parking spaces on your left-hand side and my parking space is the first one, which is close to the bin storage. Please see the photo. Please be careful and don’t park in the wrong space as it would cause inconvenience to our neighbours.

Ideal parking for Kent cricket at Beckenham, but on return to car we were told we had parked in the wrong bay - instructions need to specify exactly where to park.
