1 hour at Botanic is not enough time to visit a restaurant for lunch/dinner - customers and businesses would benefit from at least a two hour park time

I initially used cash to pay for my, intended, short parking period. The machine took 40p cash and did not dispense a ticket.. i wanted to pay for 15mins parking only. Therefore I felt I had no option but to pay for my parking , again, this time using the app which also contains an additional charge, 10p, for the privilege of doing so.. overall a relatively expensive 10 parking to leave books in to charity shop, Oxfam.

The JustPark app does not work, it took me almost 45 minutes to enter my card details as the app just crashed or froze.

Even though I paid for the parking space, I received a ticket because the parking lot has a break from 4:30 to 6:00 which I had no idea about, such a way to extort money, congratulations
