No alert to tell me that my hour was up and i received a parking fine while at hairdressers.

the app didn't show my live booking so I left it thinking that it didn't start in the first place. so I drove my car off and when I got home the clock appeared on the app, I was paying for parking when I wasn't there and the app didn't give me the option to cancel it.
