If no parking session is confirmed the parked vehicle will be issued a Penalty Charge Notice.

You aren't giving warnings on how long parking lasts in the area or sending text messages when parking is up. This has caused me a car parking fine. Please sort the issue.

The app behaves erratically and dis not provide alerts neither did it provide option to end parking. Also displaying yesterday, I got message today morning to end parking. Leaving me clueless on what to do as a first time user, too frustrating

I wasn't parked there! I cancelled it last night. App said I wasn't parked and yet I've still been charged.
