It was awful. From the beginning the app was playing up. We weren't sure if we had to pay at all but the app didn't inform it was free parking on Sundays.
When we returned to the car we tried to finish the booking but after sliding the bar across it just kept the loading logo.
I tried many times including restarting the phone and using the ai bot for advise. The next day I lucky remembered to check my phone and it was still active.
I phoned your customer helpline and they managed to switch off the booking but I was charged because the booking had run onto Monday even though we had left the parking space more than 12 hours before. All in all a terrible experience.
This app used to be excellent but I'm really disappointed with this.

Parking warden was a trying to catch us out and refused to give clear instructions about the nature of the parking area and payment was due when we parked.
