The app is terrible, constantly freezes and crashes when trying to pay for parking and adding my payment details. After 20minutes of trying - I gave up and called the number to pay over the phone.
Please sort this out, and please add the option to use Apple Pay so that I don't have to store my card info in the app and allows for easier/quicker payments

Only my second time using this app. In future will only use in dire emergencies. Have been charged the maximum for parking here even though I only parked for approximately 30 minutes. If I had paid at the machine it would have cost 90p and have been charged £7.70. I understand that this will be rectified but overall cost is still more expensive. Not impressed at all.

the time on the physical machine said maximum parking for 4 hours & I almost got caught out because the app stopped my booking after 2 hours.
