My biggest problem is the app, and when you go back into it, it takes a long time to realise you have an existing parking event and display it. You must know about this.

Parked in Belfast, on a street which was free overnight and chargeable from 8am the next morning. The next day, while still in our hotel, we used the App to start paying from 8am until we collected the car. Worked fine.

1 Star is for the app, lately I have been closing the parking session but I'll get a message the next day to say the session will be closing soon, I will then be charged to that time and not time I actually stayed to. Instead of being charged roughly 90p, I'm being charged £3/£4 for parking. Can anything be done?
Also the chat bot gives me a link to submit a request but this also doesn't work, it keeps diverting me back to the chat bot. A bit let down by the whole experience, app used to be great with no issues.
