Just park charged me £4.10 on my account, I parked for 25 minutes. First time using JustPark, no idea I had to swipe to stop being charged! Not ideal for old person unaware of these technology changes. Felt robbed, should only of been £1 max

I tried at approximately 6.55pm to pay and the option wouldn't come
Up on my phone not sure if it was because my battery was at 20%
But I do not want to be charged for any more than the length of time from I parked - the phone number given didn't work !!!
