I tried to stop my parking after 20mins but it wouldn't stop.

Request /feedback . A customer satisfaction survey appeared BEFORE I had a chance to push stop parking button . I couldn't see how to deactivate ot so I force shot the app by swiping up . I was then uncertain as to whether I had stopped my parking time . May I suggest the Cust survey occurs at the very end after one has paid by pushing the shop button please .

Parking app buffered for 19 mins and was afraid to leave the car incase it had not registered. It turned out that it did register because it eventually stopped buffering but it did still register the 19 mins that I waited in the car.
