The app wouldn't work with phone data, there was very weak Wi-Fi in the area and resulted in taking a long time to get onto the app and a considerable time again when trying to disconnect. Incurring extra charges

I hate these apps - we should be able to park and pay not use the apps - it discriminates against the people who do not have a smart phone and I do not want you to have all my information.
