Downloaded the app after I parked on Montgomery Street and tried to enter all my details in the hope of paying, but no matter how many times I tried, the app kept freezing and would not let me enter my card details. Thankfully a helpful traffic warden came past who advised me to phone the JustPark telephone number. On doing this I was able to pay for my parking over the phone, just as my son returned to the vehicle for us to go home. My card was debited £3.70 but I got a text on ending my parking that it should have cost me £0.55. I hope on the coming days that a refund is being processed to my card for the difference!
