Easy on street parking. 2 hours limit was enough but not sure why there is a limit and just be charged for how long you park

I was confused when trying to enter the location. I was actually parked round the corner in Winetavern St which had a different code but the app wouldn't let me change the location. As I was going to be sitting in the car I just accepted the code for North St.

didnt realise you had to hit slide the parking to stop the parking. as I was only the space for 30 minute

I tried to stop my parking at approx. 3pm today but the app wouldnt allow me. I tried to slide to stop parking but a popup appeared saying something about taking up multiple spaces which was strange. I would like to request a refund for the money I have been wrongly charged for. I was only able to slide to stop parking at approx. 4.55pm. Thank you.
