App purports to not recognise Irish number plates and limits to 8 characters which is wrong because it is possible to get 9 character plates in Ireland.

I was parked at this location at 1.15pm. I tried desperately to stop parking at roughly 4.15pm Your app refused to let me stop parking and consequently I was charged until 5.15pm. when it finally decided to stop parking charges. You are a rip off!
