I have parked my car and payed for it using Justpark app. During payment the app just got hang. I rested for payment and found the payment was done.
But next morning i got an email saying my booking was finished.
I have already paid for my parking and this second payment or booking was not done be me. It was showing more than 10 hrs and i lost 7p which i was not using. I requested for a refund and unfortunately not resolved from helpline.

Payment takes very long to process.

Parked at 1815. Free parking started at 1800. Could not cancel the charging period (I usually can). Parked until 2200. Was charged for the following morning because I couldn't cancel my parking. Even though the car was now 40 miles away.
