On the app it says I've been charged 1.08 but on my bank account it shows that I've been charged £7.70

It was very difficult downloading the app and had to try 3 different phones! Eventually did it but we got a parking ticket as warden came one minute before app kicked in. Not a pleasant experience at all and we were parking for a wedding so had to get there and couldn't wait by vehicle until app worked. We will contest but hassle we could do without. Won't park here
