If no parking session is confirmed the parked vehicle will be issued a Penalty Charge Notice.

I was in Belfast for one single day and had to spend five minutes downloading an app in an area with poor internet coverage, just to pay for parking. This is very impractical.

I recieved a second parking ticket while using this parking app that I now have to appeal like I did with the last one.I would think that the parking wardens could check if the app was being used being putting tickets on people's vehicles.
