Absolutely tucked up. The worse experience ever cost me fine of 45 £. Because app had freeze and didn't register my payment . And before I realize that app didn't worked fine payment was already on my windscreen . Next time if I'm going to Belfast I will take cash it is more secure and efficient.

did no say for a disabled driver did not need to pay while in a disabled bay So do add this to your locations IE -3127 location
so asked and told did not need to pay so paid for 9 min in total
if wrong in some way max stay for disabled is 3 hrs so charge me this if wrong the price for 3hrs as will be away before the end of. 3 hrs

The new preauthorisation step caused my parking not to start properly, and as a result I was fined £45. I know I can't appeal it, but it's a clumsy user experience that makes it harder to park and a better solution should be found please.
