I only parked for an hour if even I wasn't able to stop the parking and got charged £4 odd

The app would not cease payment. I attempted to stop it at 0.80. It kept spinning. After some time I stopped the whole thing, reopened it and found it charged up to £1.70

Great only issue would've been easier if you could pay by card at pay station we arrived during the Storm and electricity down etc thankfully got app downloaded before phone ran out of charge, but left vulnerable without a phone for contact for several hours.
