I could not pay as I had no internet for some reason and could not get any - no one in Morley stores knew password - I had a new bank card yesterday that is not on your system so could not pay by text or phone - the machine was switched off so could not pay by card - spent the whole shopping trip trying to pay - very stressed!! Finally paid when I got home and had internet!! I have many screenshots with evidence of me trying to pay every 5 minutes!!!

I had terrible trouble getting the app to accept my payment and ended up paying at machine. I realised I had inputted one letter of my car reg wrong so again spent another20 mins back and forth on the app trying to get logged in. Eventually succeeded through SMS; your help phone number would t take calls. All v frustrating and have paid twice for three hour parking and spent 30 mins of that in the car park trying to pay.

Trying to pay by phone as advertised was an ordeal with a crying toddler, saw the pay machines too late. The pay by phone App signs make you think it's the only way to pay if you have not visited before. Very off putting

AVOID!! App crashed multiple times while trying to book then after 5-6 shut downs, went through on the wrong car. I got a ticket, appealed and they're now taking me to court. So absolutely screwed over by both the car park and app

The layout of the car park is not great. Difficult to see if spaces available, difficult to turn around if not. Too many delivery Lorrie's coming and going. Would not choose to use again. Space not really big enough for Range Rover
