Trying to pay by phone as advertised was an ordeal with a crying toddler, saw the pay machines too late. The pay by phone App signs make you think it's the only way to pay if you have not visited before. Very off putting

AVOID!! App crashed multiple times while trying to book then after 5-6 shut downs, went through on the wrong car. I got a ticket, appealed and they're now taking me to court. So absolutely screwed over by both the car park and app

The layout of the car park is not great. Difficult to see if spaces available, difficult to turn around if not. Too many delivery Lorrie's coming and going. Would not choose to use again. Space not really big enough for Range Rover

Shocking car park, only space available and the car next to it was parked on the line meaning I couldn't get my children out of the car- waited for another space to become available and moved so I could get them and pushchair out and when I came back after shopping a different car had pulled next to me again right on the line meaning I had to climb into the back of my car to get my newborn and toddler back in the car. Spaces are way too tight even for those without children!
