wasn't able to open gate with app. need to go ask for the code in to the hotel

There was some confusion on my part about having to get a code from the hotel to exit, as I had assumed ANPR was in place. I left when someone came in and the barrier lifted, and the hotel assured me I wouldnt be charged any extra for not using the code, but it was somewhat confusing

We parked here for an event at the Utilita Arena as we didn't want a tight multi storey car park. Plenty of spaces when we arrived, and when we left. The car park is barriered and paying in advanced kept everything very smooth. Walking distance into the City and we got a cab back to the car park in the early hours. Recommended for the price and would book again.
