Parking on Beeches Road, B42

Highly efficient parking owner. Multiple cars were booked in for the Commonwealth Games but he checked when we were all arriving/leaving and drew a map showing where to park so that no-one was blocked in. Would highly recommend - I wish every owner was so organised. Thank you.

The space is great but they double park you. They then chase you if you are not back and someone else wants to leave although we did book for the whole day. Worth knowing if you want to book

Worked as planned. It was about a 15 min walk to the Alex stadium so worked out well

A great space and very well organised. Would definitely recommend.

Had trouble locating the drive, initially - not the homeowners fault as the directions/co-ordinates via map on Just Park automatically led to the wrong address, but upon discovering this was the case and was obviously an accident when I parked in the neighbours drive, the homeowner contacted me very frantically, urging me to leave immediately and that police had been informed - to their customer. I left a full rehearsal run for the Birmingham commonwealth games opening ceremony while on stage as I was terrified. Extremely distressing and felt there was little understanding in the way it was handled for what was an obvious error, so if you book here, don't make any mistakes! Homeowner later, while I was running to car, helped to resolve and relayed that it was actually fine, as long as I rectified the situation immediately, and was helpful, but didn't feel there was a need for such scaremongering initially. 5 cars on driveway also meant that homeowners were strict with timings lest you block someone in - I suppose this is understandable, but again be sure that you allocate more than enough time and account for all possibilities. Homeowners offer good communication throughout.

Don't waste your time with this space. Got there to find 6 cars already on the drive so no space at all left for me to park. Clearly oversold and got greedy rather than gaurantee only the amount of space available. Tried to contact owner but no answer until I called several times desperately trying to find out what was going on. When he did answer was no help at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.
