Easy to park although sat nav sent wrong way with postcode just round corner but a dead end ???

I had a problem regarding entrance and exit. There were no barriers so I accidentally went out the entrance instead of the exit. They could tell me if I would get a penalty notice

Location was excellent
Easy to find
Spot on location for arena and Xmas market , city centre shopping, loads bar's nearby, 2 spoonies also .

Easy to book parking online, guaranteed space, no queuing to pay just straight in and out. Will definitely use again.

Pre paid for parking and then there were no spaces in the car park! All the barriers had been lifted for a big event and as a result, no customers had to pay for parking. There was not a single space in the car park despite us having already pre paid for the tariff. It was then very stressful trying to find another car park. Not only did we have to pay again, but we had to park so far away, we were late to the event. Will never use again.

It was very hard to work out if we were allowed to take the car out and return it for a period within our paid for time. No reply from the customer service helpline. So we couldn't take the chance and had to find different parking for the last part, despite it being part of the paid for hours
