Novotel Birmingham Car Park

Parking was okay, however, the EV chargers have been out of action since December and appear to continue to be that way. Had to find and pay for a different car park to charge car after explicitly selecting car parks with EV chargers.

All information was forwarded to me and parking went without a hitch. It was expensive but I don't need it very often and it was good to know that we didn't have to search for a spot to park in. I would have liked clearer instructions of what to do if we had had to use a different car to the one we registered with.

the entrance and exit to the car park is narrow and at an awkward angle. I am not saying it is too narrow to get trough, just that if you are like me a little nervous about scratching the car/wheels you might prefer to find a different place. location is great and felt safe. you have to validate your ticket on return to the car which I was worried might take time if reception is busy with people checking in, but there was no queue.

Booked a parking space at Novotel Birmingham specifically because it had a charging point. On arrival found that the charging points had been out of action since December 2024. Plenty of time for JustPark to update the website. Also, extremely tight entry and exit barrier areas. No good for bigger cars.

Great correspondence and concise instructions. If I’d have parked with the masses I would have been queuing to pay for my ticket but instead I was already home
