Very easy to book online, proce was as expected for a city centre location.
Car park was tiny and extremely tight to get in and out, especially in a larger vehicle so maybe you should add this info to your car park description?
Also it would be helpful if there was some give in arrival time as we arrived 10 minutes early and the code would not work meaning we had to drive round for 10 minutes until the code unlocked.

Car park very tight on entry and exit. However lots of spaces and very safe and secure.
Be aware there is no lift to hotel, only stairs.
Q-Park is right next door so if car is a bit larger probably easier to park there at roughly same cost.

No problems whatsoever, yes the secure entrance and exit are pretty narrow but the parking bays themselves are plenty wide enough. Code in and out, the photo directions are spot on to save any confusion, and then up the stairs into the foyer of the hotel, would definitely use again.

we had to ask a parking warden where the car park was as it wasn't clear.
The entrance and exit are extremely tight. We have a Honda Civic and drove in ok although it was tight with just a few inches spare either side.
parking bays are generous and it felt safe and secure parked there.
Exiting the car park was difficult as it is a tight turn to get out, think a car bigger than ours would struggle to turn their car to the right angle to get out without scratching it.
