Number plate entry and exit meant no waiting in line for machines or tickets .
I was a few minutes early for entry time a was worried that I wouldn’t be able to get in but in the end no problem.

Very, very full car park, took ages to find a space, when we did it was so tight my passenger had to get out before I parked.
Great location.
A bit pricey.
Exiting car park at night would have been a huge problem, traffic was at a standstill.

Easy initial booking. After booking had to make a change via the enquiries email; customer service rep was efficient, polite and sorted it within minutes. Well lit, clean carpark, short walk to symphony hall.
Only downside is carpark spaces are tight but overall great service.
