I arrived at the carpark to find that the car park entrances were all blocked by vehicles.
After waiting some time and being quite confused one of the vehicle owners returned to let some one else leave.
He appeared to work there and said the car park needed to be closed off because people come on and smash glass.
The car park was covered in smashed glass and laughing gas canisters.
I told the man that we had pre booked and wouldn't be leaving until the the following morning.
He told us to park in a car park diagonally opposite so he wouldn't need to be available to let us out.
He assured me it would be fine as the carpark was owned by the same people.
When we returned to the vehicle in the morning I found a parking charge notice on my windscreen. I have appealed the ticket and I am still waiting on a reply. Avoid. Made my trip to Birmingham far more stressful that it needed to be.
