There was no room so couldn’t park

Awful car park Very narrow and dangerous for large SUV Don't use it if you have a big car You will 100% destroy your wheels or alloys

Was turned away advising there not allowing just park in today

Arrived after a horrendous 6 hour drive (delays on M5 - no one's fault) to find the car park locked. Eventually found a security guard who turned us away after explaining that the Just Park spaces had been withdrawn 3 weeks ago. So we then had to drive around the city centre looking for an NCP space, which cost another £20. Frankly, the experience could not have been much worse.

I arrived at the parking place (the Lewis Building, off Old Square in the heart of Birmingham) I had paid for and the security guard said that there had been no Just Park parking there for three weeks and he didn’t understand why Just Park weren’t cancelling, making other arrangements or even informing us. I had to go to an NCP Carpark, pay for that and get an Uber each way to and from my hotel, instead of the ten minute walk I was supposed to have. My daughter was beside herself, as we were in Birmingham for her to attend her first concert. I am, therefore out nearly £40 additional outlay because of Just Park incompetence. I shall be attempting to claim that back. Even more offensive, earlier in the day, they sent an “everything is ready for you” text with directions. Appalling service. Following their reply to this review, I wrote to the address they gave, providing receipts etc. Four days of total silence and climbing, thus far.

Upon arrival the security at the car park had said this venue no longer had a contract with JustPark, so we were not able to park here. No mention of this from JustPark and still awaiting a refund/reply.

Disaster for big cars - impossible not to damage your wheels ... I would like to provide feedback regarding the parking area. While the parking bays themselves are fine, the corners when exiting or navigating down are too narrow. This makes it challenging to maneuver, especially for larger vehicles like SUVs, and unfortunately, I've damaged my alloy wheels as a result. It would be great if the layout could be adjusted to provide more space around these tight corners. Thank you for considering this. Won't park again

It was not possible to find the car park. I was informed it was closed and therefore had to find alternative parking. Not impressed.

We were denied access to the parking we had booked as the venue company said they had terminated their agreement with just park at the beginning of the week. We were not contacted by just park to advise us if this. So I will be requesting a full credit. Shocking customer service and communication.

Well this was a disaster - I booked this spot, as have done in the past, got to the car park and was barred from entering and told by the attendant that they no longer contracted with Just Park, that they had spoken to Just Park about this multiple times and it was still not sorted so while people like me could still book and PAY for the parking space on the app we cannot actually enter the car park and park there... Disgraceful... was late to work having to source an alternative car park and paid three times what I had already paid on the Just Park app
