great spot for the Football Fighters gig at villa Park, short 15-20 walk from spot to gig, I know gigs at the Villa are few and far between but would definitely use the driveway again in the future. great correspondence with the owner and so easy to miss the traffic jams after the gig. highly recommended.

Perfect space for Villa Park. Easy 20min walk to the ground. Use Waze on leaving to avoid traffic and can be back on Motorways in 15min. Thanks again

Parked there for concert at villa park. The walk to the stadium was straight forward with no issues. Due to location of space we managed to avoid all traffic when leaving (we were travelling to Hampshire area). Would use this space again.

Was a good spot to head to Villa Park, which is about a 15 /20 minute walk (or a 10 minute run as we got caught in traffic). Traffic was not too bad leaving (although we milled around at the ground). You may need to do a strange (but legal) U-turn around some traffic lights to get you back on the correct road as Burton Wood Drive is off a dual carriage way.
