While parking in the space was absolutely fine, it was not easy to pay for the parking on exit. The ticket had been misprinted and one of the payment machines (on the second floor) was not working. The person on the intercom was helpful in pointing me in the direction of the app on the front of the machine, which did eventually work after entering the location number a couple of times.
The additional problem came after I had paid for the parking, the ticket didn't work at the exit, meaning I had to call the intercom again to let me out, which took a while to respond. I was not in a rush, so the overall impact was low, but had I been having to leave with a limited time frame, this would have been a much more stressful situation.

We were unable to pay for parking using Apple Pay at the machine so I paid on the app which cost £8.40 and then the machine still wouldn't accept our ticket at the exit barrier so we had to pay again, this time using Apple Pay, which cost us another £9.00

The parking payment machines on site were all faulty so getting out of the car park was stressful and the staff weren't very helpful. Ive only used this app to ensure i don't get fined due to the mix up.

No ticket issued on arrival. Ticket machines only accepted payment using a ticket. Fortunately, we had the Just Park app.
