Booked for parking near the Utilita Arena, Birmingham. Easy to book online, directions given were great, the photo of car park was accurate, so we found the car park quickly. I emailed customer service as I was worried how to get through the barrier (shown on their photo) they emailed back within 24 hours. When we arrived the barrier was not down, so it wasn't fully secured, but we will use JustPark again.
