Not a reserved space, just a public car park which can be pre-paid, with no guarantee of a space. When we arrived the car park was full. This is false advertising!

The car park was labelled as full and there was no one there to ask, even though I rebooked a space. I had to drive around for about 25 minutes waiting for a car to come out of a space. Ridiculous seeing as I pre booked- what was the point?

When I got to the car park I paid for. It wasn't open. I had to park somewhere else. I was going to a concert at the o2 academy. I was stuck in traffic for 2 hours and to find out the car park wasn't open I wasn't happy.
If car parks aren't open you shouldn't take people's money.
I have tried to contact the company of the car park and to no avail. Definitely would like a refund!

Like the other reviews say, these are NOT reserved spaces. The car park was full on arrival so I've paid £9+ for nothing. Will need to work out how I can claim that back if it's even possible.
