plenty of spaces. only minor concern was didn't know what to do on exit, but was able to ask at one of the pay points. easy to do after that by using the call button in the exit barrier and giving booking reference

there was no instructions about how to leave. It wouldnt let me out even though i had paid on this app and it said pay before you leave. thought it would recognise the vehicles as I have already paid but no I had to pay again at the gate with cars behind me. so that is very poor

Didn't let me out, had to speak to the lad on intercom who quickly said 'hold on please' before leaving the office and buggering off on his car. so then had to phone a different number to finally get the barrier lifted.

Parked here many times and its a good place but for the first time when I came to leave there was no record of my booking. I checked the app - no record. Luckily they let me through without further payment. I have the booking confirmation and now your asking me to review so why was my booking not submitted to them.

I was charged extra money at the final checkout within the carpark. I had prebooked a space which was a load of rubbish as the carpark had loads of empty spaces. Not a good experience. The Google maps sent us to a hotel and not the carpark entrance. I am not at all happy with this service.
