Made our night a hell of a lot easier.
Directions to the car park were not good, we ended up having to ask someone how to get there after going round in circles.
Also on exit, spent 15 minutes on the phone to the help service just to get out of the car park.

Completely useless company! avoid booking with this unless you want to pay twice. You will pay in advance then also pay on the day as there system is useless and you won’t be able to get out the car park after without paying again! Proberbly the worst car parking experience I have ever had. Book with someone else that’s system actually works will save you a headache.
