Car Park on Liverpool Street, B9

The carpark selected was not safe, there were people loitering nearby, and there was evidence of vehicles having been broken I into with smashed glass on the ground Having looked at Google I noticed a few bad reviews for this location, the most recent review shows images of what happened to a customers car. The customer basically came back after a few hours to only half a car, where thieves had stolen loads of vehicle components, and it had been cannibalised. This obviously made me request a refund, but I was denied in line with Just Park's Policy. JustPark appear to have zero consideration for their customers cars or experience, and it generally feels as though it's acting on the fringes of legality Update: I did initiate a refund but there was an advisory dialogue box below "request refund" that stated I was ineligible I assumed because my parking session was about to begin. If this is not the case then it should be made more transparent and accessible.

Easy to find, well lit, close to digbeth nightlife and o2 institue

it is a bit rough ground wise and the area could seem out of the way for more elderly people

Lots of huge potholes. Could cause damage in the dark
