The phone system failed to operate properly on 4 attempts and took over 30 minutes. The hotel reception could not help I then went on the website on my I pad and eventually booked after 2 more attempts in which it would not let me enter a new car and then failed to take a card payment
The whole experience took over an hour and was shambolic and probably the most irritating parking experience in 20 years

Could not get to the car park. Road was bus lane only. I went down bus lane could not see the car park at all. I will pass on bus lane fine when it comes for you to pay.

couldn't found the space to narrow and location not clear, spent an hour to find the location but was impossible due the diversion and limit traffic allowed, tried to get refund but not applicable
