your customer service agent is rapid clear and helpful, however to top up the booking by one hour costs more than £25 but purchasing 1 hour of extra time on the barrier is only. £3 so this doesnt make sense! it is also not clear on booking if you can reenter the car park throughout the booked time

great place, I do wish the car parking spaces were bigger. the spaces especially with a concrete pillar were too small for an average sized car.
that said the place was easy to access and use in such a handy area, I would definitely use again

Drive around the Lower ground car park in the end went up the ground car park it was empty, parking spaces are very small for a 4x4 vehicle.
