Great place for praking, the host is rly friendly, they have big space and quite neighborhood, also the place is 5 mun walk to sly oak railway station.

Easy to find, safe place to park. Lovely people who even offered me a lift to the cricket :) within easy walking distance of University station for trains into Birmimgham and Edgbaston for the cricket - also far enough away to avoid the traffic. Perfect, would certainly use again if needed
