Arena Birmingham, South Car Park

Easy to book online. Convenient for NIA. Easy to exit. No fuss

The photo on the booking was confusing as it showed entrance F to the arena car park which is car park north!! Spent a while trying to find an entrance that match led the photo and gave up. The car park had 'park jockey' branding everywhere so was a bit confusing if I was in correct car park & it was open access so there was no way of protecting any reserved spaces for advanced bookings.

The signage at the carpark was unclear and there was no one to ask if I was in the correct place

If I'd paid on the day, it would have been a lot cheaper. There was no 'Just Park' signage at all, only Parking Jockey. I was definitely in the correct car park, but felt worried- how would anyone know we'd already paid with Just Park and with no way of reserving a space, we drove higher and higher looking for one. I phoned customer services and there was no answer. We parked feeling unreassured.
