Nice and easy perfect location

Booked a car park in Birmingham for a concert from 4.30pm to 11.30pm only to realise the car park closed at 10pm and this wasn’t made aware on booking! Was in very small print on the email but not obvious at all, so be very careful. Had to spent almost £300 on a hotel. Customer service team were not helpful

I was looking for a space until 22:30 to which this one came up first. However, after paying we realised this car park shuts at 22:00 !! They shouldn't have had the option to be able to purchase this car park space if I wanted it longer than it's open.

I would never trust Just Park site again after we booked a car park until 11pm, and the confirmation said the car park closed at 1am, and we returned to our car at 10.45 to find the car park locked from 10am and we were forced to get a hotel room and stay overnight. There was nobody from Just Park to speak to and no contact numbers to help us. And, the same thing happened on the same night to 4 other families. We will be contacting Just Park directly

PLEASE BE AWARE THIS CAR PARK IS LOCKED FROM 10pm EVEN THOUGH IT STATES ON THE WEBSITE THAT IT CLOSES AT 1am. NO AMOUNT OF CALLING WILL GET THE DOORS UNLOCKED AND WE HAD TO PAY A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF MONEY TO GET AN UBER HOME AND TRAIN BACK IN THE MORNING TO RETRIEVE THE CAR.

Very easy to use on line, not the cheapest, but good location for me. Could be more secure as very close to passing footfall.

Easy good underground car park in the centre. Plenty of spaces during daytime hours.
