All went smoothly

Would not use this car park again, over forty minutes to get to my car. And that was only because someone let us in the main gate. It was frightening not knowing how we could get our car. Just Park was as bad, waist of time ringing them. Poor customer service...

It took the guess work and queuing out of the equation, but I was charged more pre booking than I might have paid on the night. Could also have done with guidance about using (and exiting) that particular car park - Wrottesley Road, China Town, Birmingham. It’s v tight, and dark on the roof where we parked.

The car park was easily found in close proximity to the Hippodrome Theatre which we were visiting. Secure car park was advantageous. Would use it again!

I booked this car park as my mum struggles with mobility, and its close to the Hippodrome. However, the lift was out of order, which caused us problems, and was very disappointing. Other than this, the car park is well lit and secure.

The only negative is there is not sufficient space for vehicles to pass each other on entry or exit.

Tbh, I was a little sceptical that the automated parking system would work, but it worked perfectly. An efficient way of selecting and paying for parking! The China Town car park in Birmingham has tight parking spaces so I was pleased to be in a smaller car, but it's secure, clean and odour free!
